offering quality products and services to our customers. Our customer base
has grown from our local area, to selling farm equipment around the world.

20 year round, to meet our customer requirements. Overall gross sales generated
by our staff has gone from $1.7M in 1991 to sales in excess of $10.5M in 1999.

| K.M.K. Sales Ltd. is located in Humboldt, Saskatchewan,
Canada. We have 35 acres of property to display our inventory, and with 14,000
sq.ft. of facilities to accommodate our service, parts, sales & accounting
departments. We also have a Semi Truck & trailer for delivering our products
to our customers. |
